Salesforce Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the configuration of the Salesforce environment according to specifications and project scope
Implement agreed solutions and conduct technical demonstrations as required
Conduct discovery meetings to determine requirements as appropriate
Spearhead change-management activities
Prepare documentation and progress reports as needed
Develop training materials for users and other consultants
Provide weekly governance reports in a timely manner on overall project(s) status
Participate in weekly and monthly internal meetings as required
Professional Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Salesforce Administrator Certification required
(Other certifications and a high level of Trailhead engagement a plus)
2+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration tools like Jira, Trello and Slack
Experience working in Higher Education or Finance & Lending preferred
Personal Requirements
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
