LOAN ELIGIBILITY - Must be a US citizen or permanent resident at least age of majority at the time of the application based on applicant’s state of permanent residence. Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student at a loan program eligible school or graduate student in a loan program eligible program of study (list of eligible schools and programs available upon request). Some academic requirements (GPA, academic standing, etc.) apply. A.M. Money is fully committed to the principle that all credit decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital and familial status, military status, disability, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract and providing the applicant is an age meeting the underwriting requirements for the product) or any other basis prohibited by law. A.M. Money will fulfill this commitment while maintaining prudent credit discipline and sound business practice. The list of eligibility criteria above is not exhaustive. We also reserve the right to change the list of criteria in any way

*APR - Interest is charged starting at disbursement, during school and the separation/grace period, and until the loan is paid in full. During school and for 6 months after, unpaid Interest is added to the loan’s Current Principal at the end of the deferment period.

Offer is subject to credit approval. Loan calculated using the following assumptions:

· No payments while enrolled full-time in school, nor for a 6-month grace period following graduation or separation

· 7.95% fixed interest rate (APRs vary, see below examples).

· 4.5% origination fee, added to the Amount Financed.

Lowest monthly payment at maximum amount:

· Loan amount of $50,000.

· 1 month in school, 6 months grace period, 120 monthly repayments.

· 8.87% APR

· $682.55 per month, with the first payment due on the first day of the month following the end of the grace period.

Highest monthly payment at maximum amount:

· Loan amount of $50,000.
